Coach Mac 1 on 1 Training

Coach Mac provides a 1 on 1 training experience geared to your child's needs and focus areas. Coach Mac will consult the first training to create a specific workout that meets their needs.

(1 hr sessions)

Coach Anthony 1 on 1 Training

Coach Anthony focuses on perfecting SKILLS & AGILITY. This training will be tailored to your child's current skills and will hone in on developing those skills to mastery. (1 hr sessions)
